Almost each day, we are bombarded with all types of media pushing us to do this or that to achieve the holy grail of optimal well-being and health. Do Bikram yoga, drink the green smoothies, do a headstand or unplug for thirty minutes to an hour in nature. But despite of all the repeated efforts to do what the latest guru is advocating, most of us still tend to keep falling down on our behind, feeling defeated by what’s beginning to look like mission impossible.
